Pro-Forma

Competitions that have run on Pro-Forma.

A statewide AI challenge, a globally distributed virtual competition, and a focused mission fund, all run end to end on the same platform.

Aggregate scoreboard

The spec calls for combined metrics across all three competitions, in the same treatment as the homepage proof bar. The design file has no such section — each case study carries only its own metrics and nothing sums them. The totals could be derived from the three below, but which metrics to combine and how to frame them is an editorial decision, and inventing headline numbers for a proof page is exactly the wrong place to guess.

Winner outcome — Driven Telematics

The design file has a bracketed stand-in here: “[POST-COMPETITION OUTCOME, TO BE SUPPLIED ONCE VERIFIED]”. The outcome needs to be supplied and verified before this page can ship.

Why it matters to a host

One consistent, structured process spanned 22 countries and 5 continents. The standard didn’t change with industry, idea type, or applicant geography, and that’s what lets a single framework run a truly global field.

Why it matters to a host

75 judges evaluated 97 companies asynchronously and held one consistent standard across the whole pool, and judging at this scale is exactly what breaks a spreadsheet. Documented value reached every semifinalist, not just the winner.

Why it matters to a host

A focused 30-applicant field, evaluated with the same rigor as a 300-applicant one. Pro-Forma scales down as efficiently as it scales up, and quality holds at any pool size.

Every one of these ran on the same Pro-Forma platform, applications, judging, structured feedback, and results.

Organizer testimonial

The spec calls for an organizer testimonial here and the template's own description promises one, but the design file contains no quote, no attribution and no layout for it. A .quote CSS rule survives in the stylesheet with no element using it, so the block appears to have been cut late. Needs an approved quote and attribution.
